If you did not attend this class there are a few little things that will help you to assemble the kit on your own.
1.  The front is completely layered and created with covered chip board.  You will pop up many elements.  
2.  Before beginning please take the book apart and ink the edges of all the pages  along the bound edge with black soot distressing pad.
3.  Ink the front and back covers with the same distressing pad.
4.  Cut the peak off the top of 10 pages.  These will be used to create pockets on five pages.
5.  Ink the edges on all pages.
Cut the pattern pieces out of chipboard.  The only exception to this is the roof.  It is cut from black cardstock and streaked
with purple and green paint.
1.  Cover the front of the book with orange dot.
2.  Cut out large house piece including transom light and door.  Cover with stripe.  Chalk with charcoal catseye.  Lay this
piece on the book and trace opening for window and door.
3.  Glue the blue door piece in place and place the beware sticker in place.  Glue the gold paper piece over the window
tracing.  Trace again.  Rub on ghoul.  Fill in with crackle glaze and set aside to dry completely.
4.  On piece two (large house piece that has been covered with stripe) glue two small strips of black cardstock to form an X
like a hasty repair to a broken window.  
5.  Cover the door with blue outside and orange inside.  Rub on "trick or treat tot he door.  Attach the ghost to the inside of
the door.  Glue the hinge of the door to the backside of the stripe piece.
6.  Cover the porch column with red.  Chalk and wind scrappers floss around the pillar.
7.  Cut out and cover the chimney with black.  Glue the two moons together and set aside.
8.  Assemble the cover by layering the moon, chimmney, and stripe piece first.  Pop up the porch supports and the roof.
9.  Embellish with the button and the spider.
Inside front cover and page 1
Inside front cover is cut to fit and glued in place.  draw in little eyeballs on spooky guy!
Page 1 is a pocket page.  Cover the upper peak of the page iwth black dot.  Rub on skull
Cover the pocket with jack-o-lantern.  Glue around outside edge and bottom very close to the edge.  Glue the arrow to the
page.  Write "enter 4 a frightfully good time" in white.
Place green tag in pocket with Trick or treat sticker on it.
Pages 2,3,4 & 5
Assemble as shown.
Pages 2 and 5 are pockets.  The pocket on 2 loads from the top and the pocket on 5 loads from the side.  Do not glue along the
bound edge.
Pop Up the hocus pocus and candy tags.
On page 3-4 use a hole punch to punch the holes for the ribbon ties.
Pages 6.7.8 &9
Assemble as shown.
Pages 6 and 9 are pockets.  The pocket on 6 loads from the top and the pocket on 9 loads from the side.  Do not glue along the
bound edge.
Pages 10,11,12 &13
Assemble as shown.
Pages 10 and 13 are pockets.  The pocket on 2 loads from the top and the pocket on 5 loads from the side.  Do not glue along
the bound edge.
Pages 18,19,20 &21
Assemble as shown.
Pages 18 and is a pocket.  The pocket on 18 loads from the top .  Do not glue along the bound edge.
Pages 14,15,16 &17
Assemble as shown.
Pages 14 and 17 are pockets.  The pocket on 14 loads from the top and the pocket on 17loads from the side.  Do not glue along
the bound edge.
